SALON STATION LEASING

$225

Utilities and station furniture included.

Professional standards.

  • A current Florida DBPR license appropriate to your barber, cosmetology, nail, or spa services is required under the studio’s proposed leasing policy.
  • Keep your station and shared spaces clean, orderly, and ready for guests.
  • Respect other professionals, guest privacy, and agreed operating hours.
  • Maintain required sanitation practices and use equipment responsibly.
  • Pay rent on schedule and follow the signed lease and approved studio policies.
